Solution

The first thing is to interpret the English version of the quiz. 

The first part says Seven men have seven wives.

This means they're 14 people. 

That's 7men + 7 wives = 14 people.

The second part says each man and each wife have 7 children.

They're seven men and each and each man has seven children. This means 7× 7 = 49.

They're also seven wives' and each wife has 7 children, this means 7× 7 = 49.

 

So, the part Will be 49 people + 49 people = 98 people.

Final question: What's the total number of people?

I will sum all the people gotten from the solving above.
