The entire educational sector of Cameroon is shock after news broke up that a student has committed suicide after failing BEPC exams 2020.
A 16-year-old boy called, Ntchinda Cabrel who lives at Sable-Bonamoussadi Douala, has committed suicide for failing the 2020 BEPC examination of the French Sub-system of education.
He gave up the ghost at about 10:00 PM on Tuesday August 25 after consuming "eau de javèl" in solid form.
Various hospitals where his parents rushed him to, including the military hospital, refused to take charge of him for fear of the coronavirus.
He died before reaching the Douala Laquintinie Hospital, where doctors after check up said it was too late.
