REQUIREMENTS

Master's degree in development studies, economics, social
science, International Relations, Political Science, business, or public administration is required
Minimum of five years of progressively responsible professional-level experience in development assistance is required
Level IV (fluent proficiency) in English, and in the appropriate host-country business language, both written and spoken, is required
Ability to take up interchangeable roles, including prioritizing, and sometimes exercising independent judgment, develop timelines, and meet deadlines
Demonstrated ability to effectively analyze, synthesize and

present performance monitoring, evaluation, budget, and development

Strong interpersonal skills, including an ability to work as a member of a team, build consensus, provide leadership, and effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in a multicultural setting
