Look no further as Alamankon Cooperative Credit Union - AMACCUL, a fast emerging micro finance institution, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Mobile cashiers/Daily Collectors in multiple locations. - Douala, Limbe, Buea, and Bamenda.
As a Mobile Cashier, your primary responsibility will be to collect funds and payments from Members on behalf of Alamankon Cooperative Credit Union. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with a wide range of individuals, including Members, clients, and fellow employees.
Responsibilities:
1. Collecting loan payments, deposits, and other transactions from members on a daily basis.
2. Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any payment-related inquiries or issues.
3. Ensuring accurate recording and documentation of all transactions.
4. Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to the organization's policies and procedures.
5. Collaborating with other team members to maximize performance and efficiency.
